If you connect it in series then it will be 14 ohms, but if its connected in parralel then its 3.429 ohms.

formula for total resistance of series circuit:



RT = R1 + R2



formula for total resistance of parallel circuit:





1/RT = 1/R1 + 1/R2

It would depend on the way the speakers are connected to each other. Series or parallel.
