the three wires in this case are Yellow, green and blue ; theese are used for component video hookup for DVD players and stuff for superior video quality.

The other two , white and red are right and left audio hook up.

Fry's has them pretty cheap, ofcourse Best Buy has them even Walmart have golden plated component video hook up .



Most of the times you have to buy them seperately,

Component Video Cords and Stereo RCA audio cord.

get a double rca y fitting, red /white ( audio ) go to white, yellow ( video ) always goes to yellow, you will have mono sound, no stereo.
