I'm looking for a converter from RCA Y/Pb/Pr to Single or Multimode fiber optic cable.

I'm trying to send HDTV 1080P signal from a RCA Y/Pb/Pr output over a long distance over fiber, and converting back to RCA Y/Pb/Pr at the other end.
And yes, I googled it......
Manufacturer, model number, and or website link would be great!

Component cable can only carry the 720P signal. You need the HDMI cable to do 1080P, it is the only cable in the market available. With the Component you also need an optical cable to carry the sound, while HDMI carry the video and sound. Hope this will help you out.

checklist me in case you pick, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that there is not a contravention in providing you with an answer which you do not desire to hearken to. What you're searching for for isn't all that straightforward. Coax is RF. S-Video, Composite (what you in all danger recommend by capacity of RCA) and element are all baseband. you may not convert from one to the different without demodulating the sign meaning a tuner and different electronics. The A/B swap is in all danger your appropriate guess. in case you desire to try this remotely, seem for a distant controlled A/B swap. in any different case, improve and get Comcast's container that covers each little thing.

Are you saying that you are trying to send a analog single (Y/Pb/Pr) over fiber (digital)? and convert it back to analog? What is the point of that? I am no home theater expert but I think what you are trying to do is impossible or at least implausible.

Here is your link

However, I would also look into ethernet, or coax with power amplifiers.
