I've been recording thru an Philips audio cd recorder for years but the cd is becoming obsolete and my recorder is also malfunctioning more often than not.
Can anyone suggest a way of recording my CDs,vinyl and cassettes ( I prefer real time recording as I use a mixer and add effects from my DN1200 dj CD player, it also has USB input function as well ) ?
I really DO NOT want to connect up a pc in order to record directly into it.
Many thanks

The advantage of using a computer is that there are many programs available that can help you enhance the recording, also the computer will burn a final copy for you off off the digital soundtrack... also the expense...but if you don't want to go that way there are many professional recorders used in the professional recording industry that also have CD burners built in....like the roland CD 2i or the Tascam 2488..there are also some portable devises that may work for you and also include phono or USB ...I'm not sure what models have both as most I've seen have one or the other....but you could probably use an external phono pre amp also....they also provide stand alone CD burners and recorders...lots of media storage choices DVD SD cards propriatory tape systems all have there advantages and disadvantages....

comparable to to the different copyrighted merchandise. it is copyrighted as quickly as you create it, yet to instruct it, you're able to get a appropriate copyright. while you are the only attempting to apply it, you are able to in basic terms do what's observed as truthful use. meaning you are able to in basic terms use snippets for tutorial purposes or a critics overview. How plenty is a snippet is arguable. in any different case, you're able to get permission from the copyright holder.
