Hello,
I am a small film collector, and I am a part of a film collecting online community: http://www.16mmfilmtalk.com
You can join this forum for free, and the guys on there DEFENATLY know what they are talking about, they could help you with your problem!!!
But if you don't want to go through the trouble of joining the forum if you are not really interested in film projecting, I suggest talking to Mr. Larry Urbanski http://www.urbanskifilm.com I believe his e-mail address is: larry@urbanskifilm.com I am almost positive he can help you out with your problem.
Also, if you can't seem to find an answer to your problem, I would still suggest joining the forum, because if you are interested in fixing it, there are guys on there who provide such services, or if you are interested in buying another one, there are people on there who list ones for sale.
I would try looking inside the projector to see if everything is functioning correctly. Check all levers, switches, belts, and clutches, etc... it may be something you can fix no problem...
I hope this helps you :-)
