The best LED TV is made by Samsung. Its 40 inches and its not available anywhere yet. LED (Organic LED) displays won't be out until they get the life of the blue LEDs up with the red and green. LED TVs are very much in the research stage.

I assume you meant LCD though LED technology is on the rise it is not yet widely available. Depending on what you are looking for, it can be hard to define what the best TV is. I think a more appropriate question to ask is what TV is best for you based on what you want. Check out Cnet reviews and try to narrow the field down.
